Rental Network Property Management offers a variety of services including Full Service Management and One-Time Vacancy Fill. In addition, all of our bookkeeping is computerized with easy-to-read income statements giving you both monthly and year-to-date information.

The Full Service Management package includes: showing the property and screening applicants for vacant units; collecting rents and deposits; issuing a monthly statement showing the activity of each unit; taking distress and repair calls; arranging for repairs and following up on maintenance; advertising placement (owners pay for advertising); personally serving or arranging for service of legal notices as required; preparing closing statements on vacating tenants and inspecting and preparing for the new occupant.

Rental Network Rental Referral
Rental Network is also a rental referral service that provides information on available properties for rent. The lists of properties include rent, security deposit, the type of rental unit (house, duplex, apartment, etc.), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, street address and the person to contact for rental information. In addition to these basics, Rental Network provides more specific information in an easy-to-read format. Because the lists are updated daily customers are always assured of available property that meets their needs.

Landlords use Rental Network's services for FREE detailed advertising of their rentals. The entire Shasta County area is covered by our service with the majority of the available units located in the Redding, Anderson and Shasta Lake areas. For a nominal charge the tenant seeking the rental has a comprehensive and easy to read list of rental referrals and other resources to help in their move. The other resources include, valuable tips on how to get the rental the tenant wants, utility and service phone numbers, in addition to other forms and information to assist tenants when moving.

Credit Reports
Rental Network can also provide credit reports on perspective tenants for Landlords at a cost of $10 per person. This useful tool is an excellent addition for the landlord to help with the selection of the right tenant. This service is provided to Landlords only.
